You’ll receive not only photos showing the space of the property but close up detail shots as well. This helps you showcase not just the home, but the small details that will make potential customers want to choose YOUR property over another.

    • $100

    • 5 - 6 outdoor drone shots of your property.

    • If a location other than your property needs drone photography add $50 per additional nearby location.

    • Will video your property and edit the video into a social media reel. This includes using trending cuts and music. Video reel will be provided to you digitally in a format ready for you to post on your social media platforms.

    • Up to 3k SqFt. Each 1K SqFt additional needed to be filmed is $50 additional.

    • Inquire on pricing if property needs video reel coverage for additional locations.

  • Images delivered digitally within 24-48 hours. Blue sky added for all front and rear exteriors. Photos for AirBnB and short term rentals are licensed in such a way that you own the photos in perpetuity and are priced accordingly.
